Navigation on the Blavet
Ideal for boaters
The passage of the locks and the very preserved landscapes of the Blavet valley give all its charm to navigation.
Navigation on the Blavet canal is open every year from April to October. You will find the exact dates and possible closures of the navigation at the Tourist Office. A river stop is available in Saint-Nicolas-des-Eaux. 80m berth with water and electricity connections. The launch for small jigs (canoe kayak, floats tubes, boats, etc.) takes place on the bays of Saint-Nicolas-des-Eaux, Saint-Adrien (Saint-Barthélémy) and downstream of Pont-Augan (Baud).

• Number of locks : 28.
• Draught : 1,40 m.
• Air draught : 3 m on normal holding, 2.40 m on higher navigable waters.
• Maximum speed : 8 km/h.
